New report on internet censorship in China

Jovan Maud drew my attention to a new report on Chinese Internet censorship released by Reporters Without Frontiers. It doesn’t seem to say anything radically new, but perhaps pays more attention than previous reports to the differences between approaches to censorship between provinces.
